New Balance continues their homage to the roots of their Northern England factory with this seasonal tribute to classic British motorsports, the 991V1 Made in UK "Chipmunk". The caramel-coloured nubuck nods to the region's early autumn hues, while the perforated off white leather below is inspired by high-performance auto interiors. Embroidered white branding hits the tongue and heel, with a translucent TPU heel counter finishing the upper. It sits atop a cream and white ENCAP midsole infused with ABZORB midsole pods. A black rubber outsole, full leather lining and a auto-inspired 'Performance Insert' branded insole completes the design.
